Under the Erasmus+ program, financed by the European Union, Colégio Infante Santo hosted on 6th and 7th November, 22 teachers of the five partner countries of the project The European Identity through Art, for a Transnational Meeting.
In these two days, beside the knowledge and informal contact with teachers from the partner countries, there were work sessions, in which the project was presented by the Coordinator, Júlia Florêncio, and working methods and common documents to be used throughout the project were defined by all the partners, culminating in the signature of a protocol by all the participants.
The work sessions took place in the House of Portugal and of Camões, courtesy of Santarém's local authorities, and the multinational group was received on 6th November by the Councillor for Education, Inês Barroso. In the afternoon of that same day, the participants also had the opportunity to discover Santarém and on the 7th November all the European teachers participated in the good-bye dinner with their Portuguese hosts.
Following this transnational meeting will be the first mobility, Greece (island of Corfu and Athens), with the participation of students and teachers of Portugal, France, Italy, Greece, Poland and Czech Republic, protagonists of this European adventure!
